You may already have a wedding coordinator, but need someone with a creative eye to design the look and feel for your event. We work along with your other vendors to create distinctive designs and decor elements for your ceremony and reception. This package includes the development of a color palette, a custom event design deck, researching materials and supplies, management of decor budget, custom-made decor, sourcing, curating and managing rental orders, set-up, styling, and breakdown. You share images with us that inspire your vision and we schedule an initial consultation call where we get details about that vision for your event. During this conversation we learn about your style, taking into consideration not just your inspiration images but also your favorite books, films, and interiors to create an event design as unique as you!
Once it is clear we are a great fit, we put together a contract and estimate based on our initial call and both parties sign it to secure your date.
Once the contract is signed, we hit the drawing board based on our initial call and your inspirational references. We will offer up to 3 revisions of your custom visual proposal to make sure it’s exactly as you envision.
Once we land on a design direction from your proposal deck, we work to source decor elements and initial rental quotes for you to fit that vision.
We walk through your chosen venue and determine the layout of the design and general flow of the event. Note: if your event is out of town, we require travel costs to be covered for site visits.
We adjust your rental order based on the site walkthrough and your final guest count.
We work alongside your other vendors to bring your event to life. Our team is onsite the day-of to set up and style all of the decor items we sourced and to ensure all the details are just as you dreamed!
